Insurance company Reliance Nippon Life Insurance has announced an annual bonus of Rs 344 crore to its partner policyholders for the financial year 2022-23. The company has got a net profit of Rs 108 crore in the financial year 2023-23. This is 65 percent more than the previous financial year. The company's chief executive Ashish Vohra said that this bonus will benefit 5.69 lakh participating policyholders. Reliance Nippon Life has assets of Rs 30,609 crore under management. The total sum insured of the company till March 2023 was Rs 85,950 crore.
Vohra said that this announcement will benefit more than 5.6 lakh customers. The rate of bonus declared for various participating policies is a testimony to our constant endeavor to provide unmatched value to the customers. Over the last few years, we have launched very competitive participating plans, such as the Milestone Plan and Smart Zindagi Plus Plan, and we look forward to continuing to deliver value on these products. The bonuses declared under participating policies help in wealth creation and allow the customers to pursue their long-term goals in life. In addition, the guaranteed benefit in case of policy maturity or accidental death of the policyholder provides financial security to him and his loved ones and ensures a stable future. Reliance Nippon Life Insurance's total AUM as on March 31, 2023, is Rs.30,609 Crore and Sum Assured is Rs.85,950 Crore.
