The main objective of this program is to provide training to professionals in the use of ISAA tools. Recognized as one of the Government of India-approved tests for autism assessment, ISAA is used by professionals not only within the country but throughout the Asia Pacific region. It empowers professionals to contribute to the betterment of individuals with autism.

International workshop for assessment of autism will start today, participants from India and abroad will take part

A two-day international workshop on the Indian Scale Assessment of Autism (ISAA) will be organized on 11th and 12th December 2023 at DAIC, New Delhi. The event is being organized by the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (Divyangjan), Secunderabad.

There will be diverse participation in this international workshop from within the country and abroad. Currently, 82 participants from India and 18 participants from 9 countries including the USA, UK, Germany, New Zealand, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bangladesh and Bhutan have already registered to participate in this enlightening gathering.

The main objective of this program being organized in the capital is to provide training to professionals in the use of the ISAA tool, a leading assessment methodology developed by NIEPID.

Recognized as one of the Government of India-approved tests for autism assessment, the ISAA is used by professionals not only within the country but throughout the Asia Pacific region. As an open-source tool, it empowers professionals to contribute to the betterment of individuals with autism.
