INDW vs AUSW: Harmanpreet Kaur in pain after facing clean sweep, blames her for the defeat
INDW vs AUSW: Harmanpreet Kaur is in pain after suffering a clean sweep in the three-match ODI series against Australia. India had to face defeat by 190 runs in the last ODI. Know on whom did the captain blame the defeat after the series?
Australia women's team has registered a big win by defeating Harmanpreet Kaur-led Indian women's team by 190 runs in the last ODI. With this, the Australian team has made a clean sweep in the three-match ODI series. Australia, after winning the toss and batting first in the third ODI, had set a huge target of 339 runs for India, in response to which they were bundled out for just 148 runs. Earlier, India had lost the first match by 6 wickets and the second match by 3 runs. After suffering a clean sweep in the series, captain Harmanpreet Kaur is angry at the fielding. He said that fielding has troubled us a lot in this series.
After losing the series 3-0, Harmanpreet said that I think the ODI series was not good for us. We tried to give our best. Some performed very well and some made us think. How can we do better now? There is a need to think about this. When we play Test cricket there is a lot of time to think and execute. But, there is no time in white ball cricket. We are working very hard. Now from here, we have to focus on T20 and learn something positive from this series.
Harman further said that young Shreyanka Patil and the rest have performed well. This is one of the positives for us. We always discuss the fielding of the Australian team. Now we are close to them. We want to do well in fielding, that's something that has troubled us.
He said that now there is a need to do well in the upcoming matches. Let us tell you here that after the one-off Test and three-match ODI series, now a three-match T20 series will be played between India and Australia from January 5. All these three matches will be played on the grounds of Navi Mumbai.
