Team India has maintained an unassailable 1-0 lead by winning the first match of the two-match Test series being played between India and West Indies by an innings and 141 runs. Now the second and last match of the series will be played from 20 July. In the second Test, the Caribbean team will enter with the intention of equalizing the series. In view of this, an important change has been made in the West Indies team. An off-spinner has been included in the playing XI, leaving out Ramon Reifer, to further strengthen the team's spin department.

The second Test of the series between India and West Indies will be played at the Queen's Park Oval in Trinidad from 20 July. With the aim of leveling the series, the West Indies have made a major change in their team. Ramon Reifer, who played the first Test against India, has been dropped. He was replaced by off-spinner Kevin Sinclair for the second Test.
