Heat of sexual abuse allegations reached 170 celebrities in Epstein case, many big names included in court documents

The New York court on Thursday made public some documents of the legal proceedings in the case related to American billionaire and prostitution convict Jeffrey Epstein. These contain the names of 170 celebrities in the world. These include scientist Stephen Hawking, popstar Michael Jackson, former US President Bill Clinton, and King Charles's brother Prince Andrew. The allegation is that Epstein brought girls to these people or befriended them.
Epstein, who was jailed on sex trafficking charges, committed suicide in 2019. The first 40 documents released by the court also mention Epstein's friendship with former US President Bill Clinton. That includes Britain's Prince Andrew, who settled a lawsuit accusing him of having sex with a 17-year-old girl who travelled with Epstein. It also contains the testimony of Johanna Sjöberg who met Michael Jackson at former President Donald Trump's Florida home. Another victim, Virginia Giuffre, alleges that Epstein forced her to have sex with Stephen Hawking.

During a 2016 hearing, victim Johanna Sjöberg said Clinton had flown on Epstein's private plane several times. Epstein, referring to Clinton, once told Sjöberg that Clinton liked young girls.
Virginia Giuffre worked at former US President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago club. Giuffre had said in the court - While working here in 2000, Epstein used to forcefully have sex with me.
Victim Johanna Sjoberg told the court that she had met Prince Andrew in 2001. She went to Epstein's home, where the Prince was present. He asked me to sit on his lap and later touched me inappropriately and had sexual intercourse with me.
