Elgar Parishad case: The Supreme Court has today granted bail to activist Gautam Navlakha. The Supreme Court refused to extend the ban imposed on the orders of the Bombay High Court. Navlakha, who was arrested in August 2018, was allowed to be put under house arrest by the Supreme Court in November last year. He is currently living in Navi Mumbai.

Today, in the Elgar Parishad-Maoist case, the Supreme Court granted bail to activist Gautam Navlakha.
