Farmer's Protest: Farmers' protest seems to be intensifying once again. Two major farmers organizations of Punjab have called for Delhi Chalo on Wednesday i.e. 6th March. Delhi Police is on alert mode given the farmers' march.

The Delhi Chalo movement among farmers has gotten stronger once more. A call to march to the nation's capital has been issued by several Punjabi farmer organisations. Delhi Police has enforced Section 144 in all public areas and used considerable force in this regard. We are searching for every individual. Allow us to inform you that a sizable influx of farmers is anticipated in Delhi.
The two main groups spearheading the farmers' movement, Kisan Mazdoor Morcha and Samyukt Kisan Morcha (Non-Political), have invited farmers nationwide to march on Delhi on Wednesday. Farmers are putting pressure on the Central Government to fulfil their many demands including minimum support price for crops i.e. legal guarantee on MSP, pension for farmers and farm labourers, farm loan waiver, etc. Apart from this, farmers also called for a four-hour nationwide rail roko on March 10.
At the same time, SKM leaders have called for a massive panchayat in Delhi under the banner of United Kisan Morcha on March 14. BKU, under the leadership of farmer leader Ratan Mann, passed a resolution calling for the mass arrest of farmers. Under this proposal, farmers will protest in Karnal on March 11 demanding the release of the arrested farmers. They will unite at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan to protest against government oppression during the Kisan Mazdoor Mahapanchayat on March 14.
