ED action raided TMC leader Shahjahan's house by breaking the lock

In the West Bengal ration scam case, the ED has once again taken action. On Wednesday morning, the ED team arrived at the home of TMC leader Shahjahan Sheikh, who has been missing for a while, to conduct a raid. The information claims that the ED team broke the lock to get into the home of TMC leader Shahjahan, who is currently missing, in Sandeshkhali, North 24 Parganas. The ED team is accompanied by the Central Force team. The TMC leader Shahjahan Sheikh's residence was visible from the road, as was the central force deployment. Earlier, ED had sent out a watchful notice. The TMC leader's home is surrounded by the ED team.

The ED team had also visited the TMC leader's home 19 days before the raid in the case of the ration scam. The ED team was being attacked at the time by the TMC leader's supporters. which resulted in numerous officer injuries. Also broken is the lock on the TMC leader's residence. When the ED team arrived at Shahjahan Sheikh's home early on January 24 to conduct a raid, the nearby police also showed up and intimidated them. She also began pressuring the ED team for a search warrant.

According to information, the local police wanted the entire search to be videographed by the state police. ED has rejected this thing. There will be two witnesses with the police at the time of the raid. This time the ED had informed the local police even before reaching Shahjahan's residence. Hundreds of supporters of TMC leader Shahjahan Sheikh had recently attacked the ED and paramilitary forces team. During the attack, several media vehicles present at the spot were vandalized. The raid could not be conducted because supporters of TMT leader Shaikh attacked ED officers.
