Earthquake hits Chile's Easter Island, intensity of 5.4 on Richter scale

Another new case has been added to the list of earthquakes today. This earthquake occurred today, Tuesday, January 23, in the southeast of Chile's Easter Island. The intensity of this earthquake was 5.4 on the Richter scale. According to Indian time, this earthquake occurred today at 9.32 am. This earthquake on Easter Island has also been confirmed by the United States Geological Survey (USGS).

The depth of this earthquake that occurred today on Chile's Easter Island was 10 kilometres.

There was no damage due to today's earthquake on Chile's Easter Island. However, people in the earthquake-affected area felt the shock of the earthquake.
