It also, spread over 43,313 square meters.

Presently this hotel has 1057 rooms. Despite being 100 years old, this hotel has all the modern facilities. If Pakistan gets help through this deal, then in the future, Pakistan can increase the building of this hotel and use it for other business purposes as well.
