CM Arvind Kejriwal will not appear before ED, gave this reason for not appearing

According to the information received, Arvind Kejriwal will leave for Singhrauli shortly to campaign in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections. In response to the notice of the Enforcement Directorate, CM Kejriwal had said that the notice had been issued against him at the behest of the Bharatiya Janata Party. The investigating agency should immediately withdraw the notice in this matter. He further said that this is being done to him so that he cannot campaign in the upcoming assembly elections. ED's notice is illegal and politically motivated.

It is noteworthy that after issuing notice to CM Kejriwal in the Delhi Liquor Policy scam case, the Enforcement Directorate has tightened the noose on Delhi Government's Social Welfare Minister Raj Kumar Anand. The investigating agency reached the minister's house on Thursday morning and started raiding. ED is taking action against a total of 9 establishments including Anand's house.
