Case of beating of Muzaffarnagar schoolboy reached SC, hearing will be held today

In Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, the case of a teacher getting a child beaten up by other students in the school has reached the Supreme Court. In this case, the bench of Judge Abhay S Oka will hear. Mahatma Gandhi's great-grandson Tushar Gandhi has filed a petition in the Supreme Court regarding this matter and has demanded registration of a case against the teacher.

The police have registered a case under sections 323 and 504 against the accused teacher in this case.
