Big setback to Afghanistan before the Super-8 of T20 World Cup 2024, star spinner out of the tournament

The Afghanistan team has performed brilliantly so far in the T20 World Cup 2024. He is on the chariot of victory by winning three out of his three matches and has also qualified for the Super-8 of the T20 World Cup 2024 by defeating a giant team like New Zealand. Now in the group stage, he has to play only one match against West Indies, which whether he wins or loses will not make any difference to his position in the Super-8. But, meanwhile, the Afghanistan team has suffered a major setback. Afghanistan's star spin bowler Mujeeb Ur Rahman has been ruled out of the tournament due to a finger injury. Hazratullah Zazai has been included in the team in his place.

Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Afghanistan's rising star off-spinner, has been a key member of the side in T20 cricket. However, he suffered a finger injury prior to the Super-8 round of the T20 World Cup 2024, and as a result, he is out of the event. Mujeeb has taken 59 wickets in 46 T20 Internationals for Afghanistan, with an economy rate of 6.35.

Hazratullah Zazai, an experienced batsman, has been called up to the Afghanistan team to replace Mujeeb ur Rahman. The Afghan squad, managed by Rashid Khan, has handed Zazai a place in the batting order to create depth. Hazratullah Zazai is well-known for his powerful left-handed batting.
