The BCCI has decided to send both its men's and women's cricket teams to the Asian Games this time. Actually, the cricket tournament in the Asian Games will be held in T20 format. The biggest problem is that when the Asian Games will be held, the ODI World Cup will be hosted by India. In such a situation, BCCI will send the men's B team to the Asian Games.

According to the Indian Express report, BCCI will send a major women's team to the Asian Games and a strong men's team will also be sent. The Asian Games will be held from 23 September to 8 October. While the World Cup can be organized from 5 October to 23 November. BCCI will send the list of players for the Asian Games by the end of this month.

Let us tell you that the Asian Games of 2010 and 2014 also included cricket events. But, the BCCI did not send both men's and women's teams. This time cricket has been included in the Asian Games to be held in Hangzhou, China. While cricket was not included in the Asian Games played in 2018.
