Amit Shah in action mode after Kerala Blast, NIA and NSG ordered to investigate
Kochi Convention Center blast: Amit Shah has come into action regarding the blast in Kochi in Kerala. He has directed teams of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and National Security Guard (NSG) to Kerala and start an investigation. The National Security Guard (NSG) has sent one of its bomb disposal units from Delhi to Kerala to collect and investigate the materials used in the blast.

Several blasts took place one after the other at a prayer meeting of Jehovah's Witnesses at a convention center in Kochi, Kerala. One person has died in this blast, while 36 people have been injured. At the same time, after this blast, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has come into action. He has directed teams of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and National Security Guard (NSG) to Kerala and start an investigation.
Police said that on Sunday morning, a prayer meeting of Jehovah's Witnesses was going on in the Kalamassery area of Kochi district of Kerala. During this period several explosions occurred. Kalamassery CI Vibin Das said the first blast occurred around 9 a.m. and was followed by several blasts in the next one hour.
At the same time, the National Security Guard (NSG) has sent one of its bomb disposal units from Delhi to Kerala to collect and investigate the materials used in the blast. News agency ANI reported that an eight-member NSG team, including an officer, is going to Kerala to investigate the bomb blast. They are expected to reach the bomb blast site by this evening.
