Priyanka Gandhi said, no one is safe under BJP's misrule.
On the Ujjain incident, Priyanka Gandhi tweeted on Thursday, 'The brutality that happened to a small girl in Ujjain, the city of Lord Mahakal, is soul-shattering. After the torture, she kept wandering from door to door for help for two and a half hours and then fell unconscious on the road, but could not get help.
This is Madhya Pradesh's law and order and women's safety? Girls, women, tribals and Dalits are not safe in the 20 years of BJP's misrule. What is the benefit of making election announcements in the name of beloved sister? If girls cannot even get protection and help.
Chief of Delhi Women's Commission said, action should be taken against those who do not help
On the Ujjain incident, Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chief Swati Maliwal said, Madhya Pradesh Police should immediately arrest the accused and take the strictest action. Who are these people who did not feel mercy? When a 12-year-old little girl, naked and drenched in blood, was going from door to door pleading for help, shouldn't action be taken against such people?
What kind of country are we building? Action should be taken against such people also. The case should go to fast track court and the rapist should be hanged. If such incidents keep happening every other day then how will our daughters survive and study. I would appeal for strict action and immediate arrest of the accused.
