If for some reason the message has not come on your mobile number, then you can get the passbook entry of your bank account done. You can check about the latest transactions after making entries in the passbook.

You can also check the installment through ATM. For this, you can go to the ATM take out the mini statement, and check whether the money for the 15th installment has come or not.
