After the death of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, his family, and his fans are still unable to recover from the shock. His family has been fighting a battle for a long time. Many filmmakers in the industry are trying to make a film on Sushant's life, due to which the actor's family has been hurt.

Sushant's family had filed a petition some time ago seeking a stay on the release of the film based on Sushant, which was rejected by the Delhi High Court. At the same time, now once again Sushant's father Krishna Kishore Singh has now filed a new appeal in the Delhi High Court.

Earlier in July, Sushant Singh Rajput's father Krishna Kishore Singh sought an interim injunction against the filmmakers of Nyay: The Justice. Also appealed to the Delhi High Court demanding a ban on the books.

This appeal was made when the film 'Justice' based on the actor's life was announced. The appeal of SSR's father was dismissed by the court which said, "The rights of privacy, publicity, and personality vested in the actor have ceased to exist after his death."
