MSK Prasad told PTI to see Tilak Verma's List A record for Hyderabad. Tilak has scored runs in 25 matches at an average of 56.18. During this, 5 centuries and 5 half-centuries have also come out of his bat. It is clear that he is converting half-centuries into centuries 50 percent of the time. His strike rate is also more than 100. So if Shreyas doesn't make it to the team then you can think of Tilak Verma. He can say with confidence that he will be a regular player for India in the white ball format in the future.

Actually, India does not have a left-handed batsman from number one to number six. There is Ishaan Kishan, but he is being seen as a backup opener.
