A new government was created in the country on Sunday. On Sunday, Narendra Modi took his third oath as Prime Minister. Today, he also took over as Prime Minister.

This time, the NDA Government, or coalition government, has been constituted in the country. In such a setting, the new government faces several obstacles. Rajiv Kumar, former Vice Chairperson of NITI Aayog, has advised the incoming government on the challenges it faces.

While giving an interview to news agency PTI, he said that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will have to end the problem of unemployment. Actually, unemployment remains a big problem in the country at this time.

In such a situation, Rajiv Kumar emphasized this. He said that there has already been a delay in reducing unemployment. In such a situation, if there is further delay, it will affect the country's economy.

Rajiv Kumar told PTI in an interview, "We must understand that the economic recovery after Covid has been a K-shaped recovery. I think the most important reform that the Modi government has to deal with is the problem of unemployment, especially in the unorganized and small and medium enterprises."

According to the reports of the International Labor Organization (ILO), in the year 2022, 83 percent of India's total unemployed population were unemployed youth. The eminent economist said that therefore large corporations have performed very well and those who are highly skilled have also done well. But at the lower level, people are unemployed and companies are struggling to expand their capacity.

According to Rajiv Kumar, one of the two important things about creating employment is to make working conditions easier for small and medium enterprises. SMEs still face a lot of regulatory and compliance burdens. Therefore, the central government will have to work with the state governments to tackle the problem of unemployment.
