Making a series of big announcements at the 47th Reliance AGM, company Chairman Mukesh Ambani said Jio users will get up to 100 GB of free cloud storage. The area that Jio Brain caters to will therefore aim at accelerating the adoption of AI into the firm, something that will consequently accelerate decision-making and work with more accuracy, in addition to the same being done for customer needs.
Reliance was upfront in saying that it also announced the Jio AI-Cloud Welcome Offer. Under this, up to 100 GB of free cloud storage will be given so that all digital content and data can be maintained and kept safe. Speaking at the 47th Annual General Meeting of Reliance Industries Limited, Mukesh Ambani addressed the shareholders, saying that with this connected intelligence, there will be world-class infrastructure. It will be launched by the company on the theme of AI Everywhere for Everyone. As part of the many announcements made by Jio Chairman Akash Ambani, new AI services will be provided, such as Jio TVOS, HelloJio, Jio Home IoT Solution, JioHome App, and Jio Phonecall AI.
Ambani said that Reliance will set up gigawatt-scale AI-ready data centers in Jamnagar, Gujarat, which will be powered by the company's green energy. Jio Brain is preparing to launch artificial intelligence soon. Reliance's aim behind launching AI is to improve its ecosystem.
