PM Modi took feedback from CM Dhami
PM Narendra Modi called CM Pushkar Singh Dhami and took feedback on the ongoing rescue operations in Silkyara. Said, necessary equipment and resources are being provided by the Centre. The workers will be evacuated safely with mutual coordination between central and state agencies. Drilling work has also started in the tunnel from Barkot end. For this, a team of eight to 10 people from THDC has arrived. A tunnel of two to two and a half meter diameter will be prepared from here. From today the auger machine will start working rapidly again.
