This installment will be deposited in the bank accounts of crores of farmers in the country. Apart from this, only those farmers whose names are on the list of beneficiaries released by the government will get the benefit of the scheme. PM Kisan Yojana has been started by the Central Government. Under this scheme, farmers are given an amount of Rs 6,000 annually. This amount is deposited in the form of installments. In every installment, an amount of Rs 2,000 is deposited in the farmers' accounts. The government deposited the 14th installment in the farmers' accounts on 27 July 2023. Under PM Kisan Yojana, many farmers are fraudulently availing the benefits of the scheme. In such a situation, the government has tightened the rules of the scheme to crack down on them.

How to do e-KYC:

  • You have to install the PM Kisan App on your phone.
  • After this, you can get e-KYC done through Face Authentication on the app.
  • Farmers can get e-KYC done through biometric authentication by visiting CSC (Common Service Centre) near their homes.
  • Apart from this, you can also get e-KYC done with the help of OTP by visiting PM Kisan Portal.
  • Like e-KYC, you will have to upload the land documents to verify your land on the portal or app.

How to check the name in the beneficiary list:

  • You have to go to the official portal of PM Kisan and click on 'Farmers Corner'.
  • After this, you will have to select the beneficiary list.
  • Now enter your state district, sub-district, block, village, etc. information in the new window.
  • After this, you will have to download the list by clicking on the report.
  • After the list is downloaded, you can check your name in it.
