New Delhi [India], September 26: The Chanakya Policy & Research Foundation (CPRF), New Delhi, will host the Chanakya Diplomatic Summit 2025 on September 27–28 at Ganga International School, Hiran Kudna, New Delhi, with the theme “Samriddh Bharat: Youth, Diplomacy & Global Leadership.”
The summit will see the participation of more than 500 undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral scholars from across the country. It aims to create a platform for youth-driven academic deliberations and diplomatic perspectives on India’s foreign policy, international relations and contemporary global challenges.
In preparation, CPRF organized a series of pre-event training sessions led by senior experts, including Lt. Gen. Vinod G. Khandare (Retd.), Advocate Raji Nanthani, Commodore Golaya (Retd.), and Brig. Sanjay Aggarwal (Retd.), to equip students with skills in diplomacy, strategic thinking and policy analysis.
The inaugural day (September 27) will feature Dr. Sreeram Chaulia, Dean of Jindal School of International Affairs, as Chief Guest, and Prof. S.D. Muni, Professor Emeritus at JNU and former Ambassador, as Chief Guest and Panelist. Other speakers include Dr. Rajiv Ranjan, Mr. Sandeep Unnithan, Ms. Shubhra Ranjan, Col. Ashok Kaul, Dr. Preeti and Mr. Satyam Kushwaha.
On September 28, Lt. Gen. Vinod G. Khandare (Retd.), former Principal Adviser at the Ministry of Defence and former Military Adviser to the NSCS, will preside as Chief Guest. The day will also include an address by Mr. Firoz Bakht Ahmad, columnist, author and former Vice-Chancellor of MANUU.
The two-day event will feature panel discussions, keynote addresses, Model United Nations sessions, Youth Parliament debates and a Cultural Evening showcasing India’s soft power and civilizational diversity.
