During the meeting, the leaders are expected to discuss global and regional security issues, including the emerging situation in the Middle East due to the Israel-Hamas war, sources said. The 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue is a diplomatic summit, which started in 2018 and is held every year, for discussions initially between the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Defense of the United States of America with the External Affairs Minister and the Defense Minister of India.
